10/16/01-CCTVNEWS is back again! CCTVN salutes the
heroes of the tragedy! Anyway Carol Costello, ABC 7's Morning Co-Anchor is
leaving the station! She is actually going to CNN, according to DCRTV. So now
ABC 7 will need to find 2 new anchors, one
Co-Anchor on GMW and an 11:00 male Co-anchor.WB50 now has a "win big"
campaign. More info at www.wbdc.com. Speaking
of WB50, their Evening Syndication lineup has changed twice since it first
debuted on WB 50 NBC 4 and WZDC 64 will be Washington's 2nd Duopoly. WRC's
Parent Company, NBC, is buying Telemundo. This will create triopoly
between NBC 4, Pax 66 and WZDC.

In other News,
Comcast is Changing the Cable Lineup in PG County. Right Now PG County,
has 2 diffrent sides of cable,with all the local stations on one side and
Cable on the other. On Sept. 15th, All of the Cable side will be put on
the same side as Local station (exc. 2/11/13) and The Baltimore Stations
will be put on Side "b".
ABC 7 had high
ratings due to the Chung/Condit interview. ABC 7 kept their lead through
their 11pm Newscast, topping the 10 and 11 pm slots. I will be adding more
pages soon. 8/8/01-New Design.
